Customer Review: No washers and sub par tech support

Let me start by saying it is a very good mount that was well packaged and it arrived quickly. My only concern is that there are no M6 washers in the package. When I called tech support I was informed that my tv had caused the washers to not fit the supplied screws (Didn't make any sense to me either). It was an easy fix by going down to the hardware store so I didn't really mind. Just thought the phone support would be slightly more knowledgeable.Customer Review: What is there to say?

You use a stud finder, mark your spots, drill holes, insert anchors, mount wall plate and have someone help you hang the t.v. The only hard part is making the safety screws tight. My advice is to use a flashlight and be prepared for a stiff neck. The instructions were clear and accurate, and the parts were all very high quality. Overall I am quite pleased with the product, and WILL use another one on the plasma that I am ordering from Amazon.Customer Review: Great item - Great price

This wall mount works great and is a deal pricewise compared with in store pricing for similar mounts. We are using with a 37" Panasonic LCD. Is very slim so television is about an inch from the wall. Also comes in charcoal color so disappears behind TV.
Great tip from someone on breaking off part of the short end of the special allen wrench used for locking in place, so you can continue tightening without resetting each turn.

The bracket itself is decent quality and does the job, but it should not have been recommended for the 46" Toshiba HDTV. I had to re-drill the holes on this bracket to accommodate larger bolts that were not-included (8mm x 1.25). The package comes with several sets of mounting bolts to fit many other TVs, but I had to go out and buy a few different sizes before getting the right ones. That was a pain. purchased wall mount in feb 07. had no problem with mounting to tv or wall. i read reviews on the screws breaking even after drilling pilot hole.trick is to coat screw thread with bar soap(acts as lubricant). special tool to tighten set screws to wall bracket has a right angle bend that is too long to get complete turn of screws,simple fix is just to cut it a little shorter. other than that,great wall bracket for the money...well built.
