This is an excellent wall mount for a small size TV. I installed it in the kitchen and it lets me swivel my 22" Dynex TV 180 degrees from the kitchen to the family room.
The only improvement suggestion I have would be for Peerless to add better cable management: some plastic loops or holders for the power cord, coax cable, and HDMI cable to keep them out of sight.

You know, this thing works very well... but I still dont understand the price on these things! This is just metal and some screws.... sure seems like this and others should be $19.99 or less. When the mount costs you around 25% of the TV you are mounting... something is wrong...
Asside from my issues with the pricing, the product is really sturdy and works well.

This mount, the Peerless Articulating Wall mount is just the mount for my set ,the Toshiba 19LV505! Easy to install to a wall, but do it with care to make sure you sre screwing mounting screws into a stud! No problems.
Came with all mounting hardware plus allen hex wrench. A very study and secure mount fits the 4 screw holes on the TV. Well made and I recommend it!

Great product. Does just want I needed. Used it to mount a 19" lcd tv in my 5th wheel RV. It's very solid yet easy to adjust.
Take your time installing it. I mounted it to the tv, then hold it to where you plan to attach it and simulate the movement and placement so it's centered properly. If you just center the mount, the tv won't necessarily be centered.

This is a great product. I bought this on amazon because it was way cheaper than buying something similar at the local electronics store. Easy to install, comes with all the hardware needed, and fit my tv perfect (20" lcd). Very strong and easy to move around with the tv on it. Would recommend, and I dont have any thing negative to say about this wall mount.
