Received the cradle within 4 days of ordering it. The sync worked a few times. the charger works all the time. The main problem with the sync is not the cradle but the Tungsten software and the 64 bit vista operating system on my laptop. When I used the 32bit operating system on my desk top, the syncing worked fine. In the end I had to use the bluetooth operation to sync.
