I purchased this item from Aleegold Sales only to find that the PalmOne M500 I purchased the same day from the Amazon website was no longer supported by Palm. I really wanted one that was so I am going to return it and the accessories and purchase a newer version. All the other suppiles of the accessories were very accomodating in letting me return their items except Aleegold. Here is their reply to me from their eamil, word for word ..

"HI
first you are not buying a palm m500 you are buying a case for a m500
second why would you buy a case if you did not already have a palm 500???
and weather palm supports the unit itself or not has nothing to do with you buying a case

also i generally do not take returns at all
you may send it back at your expense if you desire and you will be refunded minus what it cost me to ship the item too you
which was about 4.00

also if it is a manual you seek im almost sure you can find one online if you look
go to google you can find almost anything

Your tone is unbelievably accusatory and sarcastic....

1. The case was listed as for the PalmOne M500 on the website (copied from the site)

2. I purchased the PalmOne M500 the same day I purchased the case....along with several other accessories
3. You used weather (which is used for types of climate) instead of whether defined as " used to indicate alternatives in an indirect question or a clause following a verb that expresses or implies doubt or the possibility of choice"
4. I will choose to keep this case with the possibility of purchasing another PDA that will fit it
5. I don't need instructions on how to use a search engine. My choice is to have my electronics supported by the manufacturer...not downloading outdated material
6. I will most definitely enter a review for your customer service skills on Amazon
