The absurdly cheap price of these cables made me somewhat hesitant to give them a try. However, at $1.55 each you're not out much if they don't work out.
They are being used to connect my Dish Receiver & Blu-ray player to my HDMI 3 in 1 switch and then on to the TV. They work great. No problems with the HDCP handshake on any of my equipment and the picture quality is great. I don't really see any tangible difference between these and more expensive cables on other equipment. I think for short cable throws of 6ft. or less these cables would probably be close to identical in picture quality to a $40 HDMI cable. I may be wrong on that assessment, but I have yet to see anything that demonstrates an obvious difference in picture quality. At least nothing that would motivate you to spend $40 vs. $1.55 for a single HDMI cable.

If you're looking for an HDMI that is worth the money, THIS IS IT. I was given a PLaystation 3 and a 32" Insignia HDTV for Christmas, which meant it was time to go hunting for an HDMI cable. Before the holidays, I had never looked at HDMI cables because I had no reason to. And to my surprise, I found them priced anywhere from $20 to $75! That's just pure madness! But as usual, Amazon.com saved the day by introducing me to this cable. Very affordable, very effective, and very easy on the pocketbook. Although I was disappointed by the packaging it came in (a clear plastic bag sealed with tape), it is still an amazing cable. The video and sound quality is amazing and I had no trouble getting it set up and working. Yes, it looks like a cheap cable and was mailed in cheap wrapping, but it functions like top-quality merchandise. After ordering and using three of these HDMI cables I decided that it should be ILLEGAL to buy/sell more expensive cables. Talk about cost savings you can save roughly 99% Monster HDMI 1000HD Ultra-High Speed HDMI Cable (2 meters) per cable. Is there a quality difference? Maybe (I hope) can I tell a difference - no not at all.
Final Verdict-
If you really have a desire to waste an obscene amount of money buying the name brands go for it - the rest of us will buy the discount cables and use the money we save to buy additional components!
PS - Note that the seller that I used did not combine shipping charges. Not to big of a deal, but it does prove that they are getting a little profit from the shipping charges.

Since I had just bought 2 HD TVs for a new house, I was very new to learning about HDMI. Before buying these cables, I read several HDMI cable reviews. They all said to go with the cheaper cables, that the expensive cables really didn't offer much more, since all HDMI cables had to conform to the same standards. I decided to go for the cheapest cable I could find and I'm glad I did. This cable was the right length for my application, 6ft (connecting my cable boxes and a BluRay player to my HD TVs). The quality of the HD pictures is outstanding.
The service was excellent. The cables arrived in the time frame of the shipping method that I chose.
This is the second pair of these cables that I have purchased and will do so again, should I need more HDMI cable. I definitely recommend this product.

This is the first HDMI cable I've ever bought, but I'd have to say I'm quite impressed by it's quality. I hooked it up from my DVD player to my HDTV and I am now getting 1080p HD quality video and sound. Before using this cable, my INFO button on my TV said I was getting 480 SD(standard definition). I cannot see how a more expensive cable could provide any better clarity and/or sound.
The cable itself seems to be built to last and it still flexible enough to tuck into the bars in the back on my tv stand so the wires are not exposed. Great tight fitting connection into the tv ports. The cables (I bought 2) come individually packaged and sealed with plastic protectors on the ends of the connectors. Delivery from CA to MO took 5 business days.
EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH THIS PURCHASE!
