This product is pretty much as advertised. There was no carrying case, which was a slight disappointment. Also, it wants to keep falling over, when you try to set it up to hold the voice recorder (or ipod, as the case may be). The sound is acceptable. So, overall, I would give it an "OK" - nothing more, nothing less (condidering the price).
