Purchased as a graduation gift - will serve the young man well as he goes off to college. I have a 512 PNY Flash Drive - so am comfortable with the reliability of PNY Flash Drives. I bought one of these flash drives last year. It has reliably held my various bits of data without issue the entire time.
What's more, I've put the drive through the clothes washer AND drier, not once, but TWICE. Though battered, the drive still functions perfectly.

My 1G Attache worked fine for a couple of months of very light use and then suddenly Windows reported that it was "write-protected". I can not find any way to unprotect it and I can not find any way to contact PNY technical support. I will have to try the method described above.Customer Review: It's very good

This is an affordable option that provides a lot of memory and allows USB 2.0 protocol for very fast transfer. I have had this for about a year, it has never failed me. I haveashed and dryed it once and my two year old seems to think it needs to e washed on a regular basis. I let it dry out and it works great nd no lost data, although some of thpictures have water spots!! :)
