Customer Review: Worthless with Kodak Playsport Zx3

Despite Amazon's bundled suggestion, this SD card does not work with the Kodak Zx3. Within seconds upon being inserted into the camera it shut down. Kodak customer service suggested that the memory was corrupted, so I returned to amazon for a replacement. This replacement exhibited the same behavior. I began to think there was something wrong with the camera itself, but the 8gb Kodak branded SDHC card worked like a charm out of the box.
Bottom line, attractive price yielded frustrating results. I can't speak to any other device, but don't bother for Kodak cameras.

I bought a brand new Kodak zi8 camera, and plugged this sd card up... The first time I plugged it up my camera froze... Every time I plugged it up my camera froze. I bought an sd card reader so my desktop could read it, so I could format it... Still, didn't work... After pressing random buttons, I got it to work by holding down the record button... After that it works perfectly! It's fast, and was worth the cost! This is a highly recommended sd hc card!!Customer Review: Great Flash Card for the Money

Inserted card in my Fugiflim F72EXR camera and started taking pictures immediately. Even in burst mode the card performed without any delay. The 8GB gives you more than enough space for over 2000 pics even in fine mode or 2 hours of video. I would definitely recommend it to a friend. Since I used the free shipping offered by Amazon.com delivery took a little longer than normal but the savings was worth the few extra days wait.Customer Review: My Card Disintegrated

I owned the PNY SDHC 8GB card for only a few weeks when it literally just disintegrated. The plastic cracked and it started breaking everywhere. It was well cared for and none of my other cards have ever broken. Staples would not take it back and referred me to PNY who says that this kind of issue is not covered. What a low budget piece of junk. Never again would I buy anything PNY.Customer Review: Loved this product

I have never had a problem with PNY. I have had their 8 Gig card for almost a year, and am so pleased I am purchasing a 16 Gig card. I use my camera and both cards very often, and have never had a problem. (well, the biggest is that at the moment, I have only the 8 gig card and a 512 mega-btye card, and I take 8 Mega-Pixel shots)
On the whole, very good product.
