I got the Panavise 809 thinking I could use it in my car inside the window. I ordered it after looking at the pictures on the site and it showed there were several. I saw a couple of pictures showing it would mount in the window of your car. I ordered it thinking it would fit in my window of my car. Big mistake, the pictures they show are not the same as the Panavise 809. The ones they show are with an extension on the Panavise 809. If I had the extension it would probably work. Now I am going to have to send it back and order one with and extension and hope it works. CAUTION !! the main picture of the Panavise 809 is correct but the sample picures or incorrect and that is what through me off.
I called Panavise and found out the this product is not a Panavise 809 only a knockoff. They said they were in the process of shuting them down. I ordered the real one from Panavise and it came with the extension that I needed. It was a much superior product also. The cost was more but well worth the difference.

Unit holds well to my windshield. You may need an extention section depending on the size of you camera. If you do you can call customer service and they will send it out for free pretty quick. I would recommend this product.Customer Review: Great Buy for a Filmmaker!

I reviewed a lot of suction cup camera mounts before choosing this one, and I'm glad I did. I'm an amature filmmaker in college and I'm using this mount to get some AMAZING shots for car chases with my Flip Ultra HD pocket cam. This mount is fantastic for the price and sticks extremely well. I've used it inside and outside my Kia Rio as well as other vehicles and the shot is steady, smooth, and very professional looking. As explained in other reviews, I did try to mount my Flip cam on the inside of the windscreen and shoot straight ahead, with no luck. Because I'm a filmmaker and don't plan on using it for straight ahead shots anyway, I found this to be a fantastic buy.Customer Review: Great Customer Service!

I received my item very quickly and was quite impressed with how solid the item is. I was, however, dismayed to see that the extension arm which some of the photos showed was not included. A quick call to the manufacturer fixed that. No questions asked she asked for my name and address and shipped me the extension the same day free of charge. It is quite nice dealing with a company that is so happy to help their customers so promptly and politely. Will buy more soon!
