The product itself is a great product. I have had none of the problems many of the other reviewers have experienced, except the issues with support. Palm customer "support" leaves much to be desired and my 1 MAJOR PROBLEM is that there is no upgrade for the Palm products software for the 64-bit edition of Window's Vista. So, I basically have a $300 paper weight. But, for the time I used it before switching computers to Vista, it was great! I'll just keep my fingers crossed that an upgrade will be released before long...Customer Review: dissappointed nursing student

I am dissappointed with this device, I cannot close out certain programs and go Back to previous screens. It is mandatory for our BSN program and it is not compatible with our campus wireless system at all. I have dropped it in the case 3 times from my pocket to floor and kitchen table and now the sensitivity of the screen is off 1/2 inch to the left so I cannot access or command screens and applications.This was a huge investment and bigger dissapointment, it is also heavy in the case to lug around in my lab coat.Customer Review: Heard Great Things About This Product

Ordered this item; it arrived in good condition and in a timely manner. It has the appearance of being a good, solid device - especially based on the older device my daughter had. HOWEVER - between the time I ordered it and the time I received it, decided to go "Blackberry" and in that way, I would have my info and telephone in one device. So, I chose to return the Palm. That suits MY purposes better but if I wanted to carry two devices (Phone and Palm) this one would certainly be at the top of my list.Customer Review: The Palm TX is TXcellent

I have owned 5 different Palm Pilots over the years and the TX is the nicest. It has W-Fi that operates very well and Bluetooth that sychs up with any Bluetooth very easily. The screen is outstanding; it's big and bright. The battery life is good, although it is not replaceable unless you send it to the manufacturer. The TX is sleek and can also play music. I am very happy with the product and would recommend it to anymore seeking to purchase PDA. As an added bonus, a hard case was sent with it.Customer Review: Palm TX

I really enjoy my Palm TX. I wanted something small to take with me to connect to the internet at hotspots, and keep my calender at hand. It does both of those things well. I also enjoy using ebooks and playing games during a moment of downtime. I thought the screen would be too small to really read a book on, but the screen provides the brightness and clarity that I need for reading. It is just a nice gadget to have. There seems to be alot of software out there to enhance the palm.
