Customer Review: Very Good with a Few Minor Glitches

This case will do an excellent job of protecting your iPod touch. I've used this case for quite awhile (maybe a year?) and thought it would be a good time to review it. As another review suggested, rip out the plastic screen. It makes it harder to "touch" the screen and over a period of time gets quite scratched up itself. While providing excellent protection the size of the part of the case that frames the screen makes the screen a bit recessed- this makes it difficult for those of us with small chubby fingers to type and press some buttons closest to the corners of the iPod. This is not a problem for me with the case off. Finally, there's a little plug that covers the headphone jack. This broke off my case shortly after purchase. It's really a non-issue but I thought I'd mention it. The case does indeed allow dust in so you may wish to take the iPod out for an occassional dusting. Finally, there is no clip of any kind with this particular model. I didn't want/need a clip but for those who do you may wish to check if they make an Otter Box with a clip or try another brand. All in all, I don't think you could find more excellent protection for the iPod touch than this case.
