Customer Review: disappointing appliance

Very disappointing. The waffle maker on it's highest setting only cooks the waffle in the center, the outer 1 1/2 inch rim is limp. It seems like it shouldn't require an expensive appliance to cook waffles, but apparently it does. This one is going back. I'll have to spend more money and get a better quality appliance.
