I bought it as a gift with expedited shipping. I receved it immediatedly (thanks). It took me 15 minutes to select 100 photos and 2 minutes to copy to a 1 gig card(with much space left). I inserted the card and it was beautiful. I researched for picture clarity and ease of use. The recipient is not too computer savvy, so I had to ensure it was simple. The quality of the frame and the picture views themselves were better than I expected. I just made a leap and bought a Portable USA 10.4" frame for almost the same price on a Labor Day sale at Amazon. I hope I am as pleased with the new one as I was with the first.Customer Review: Disappointed

It looks great, the quality of the picture was very good. However, it didn't perform as it should have. The pictures would hang up and would not cycle through. It also had a stutter every now and then where the picture would have a flash. It would occasionally turn a picture sideways. I was happy with the delivery of the product and the return procedure. We purchased another brand that was cheaper and it occasionally turns a picture sideways also, but eventually will turn it back, so I guess the technology on the digital frames could use a little sweaking in my experience.Customer Review: Great Picture Frame

I received this picture frame 2 days ago and have already loaded it with pictures. The picture quality is great and you can see it from all angles (no black screens). I love the fact that it has a USB port on the side so you can change your pictures fast without moving your frame. I have discovered converted avi videos on my computer don't play. The manual states it accepts motion jpeg avi videos from your digital camera. I will have to try that. The mp3 files play fine. The speakers are acceptable for the price. Overall, I like this frame and the way it looks as well.Customer Review: Beautiful Display

Wonderful digital frame and easy to use. The pictures look great. But,there were no extra frames included to snap on like it shows in the pictures. The "what's in the box" list does not indicate that they are included. And it would not be possible for them to fit in the box the way it arrived, so it's not like they just left them out. Anyway, it's not a big deal to me since the black glossy from that it comes with is beautiful.
The 8" size is great. My dad is able to view the pictures easily. The sound from the speakers is fine.

I purchased this picture frame for my mother as her Christmas present. She does love it and it sits on her desk at her work. The picture quality is great, but its not very customizable and its not the most user friendly of menus. It would be nice if the frame was interchangeable or if there were more viewing options, but for the price, I suppose I can't complain much :) If all you're doing is throwing a memory card in and letting it do its thing, its a wonderful picture frame
