It's an amazing sound that comes out of this small device, and the fact that you can listen to AM, FM, or a CD Player really covers any music possibility other than XM (although it has an aux-in adapter as well).
I highly recommend this for an office use, or a small room. I've even taken it outside for a BBQ night and it worked just great.

Onkyo has always made good products, but this thing is amazing. I was not prepared for how good this thing sounds. I put my 16gb iPod Nano in and the sounds is really clean and balanced. It is nice to have a few quick EQ settings to adjust the sound if you need to. All my iTunes music is ripped at 320 kbps.

I recently purchased this for my Den, and was totaly
blown away by how good it sounds. I had tried the $499.00 Cambridge, and returned it because of the poor sound quality of my CD,s. When I ordered this one, I really wasn,t expecting much, but I was in for a pleasant surprise. I LOVE IT!!!!

I bought this after returning the Bose Wave CD system ($499). And I must say that Bose will not be missed. The system looks good, has 4 alarms and includes iPod/iPhone dock. The sound, at least in my opinion, is as good as Bose Wave system. And best of all, it costs half the price of Bose.Customer Review: Little box has a big sound.

I bought this system as a Christmas present for my 13 year old son. He and I are both musicians and really enjoy the CBX-300. The sound is best described as rich and full while listening at low to moderate volume. I'm considering buying a second one for my office.
