well i would say that the shelf work awesome for its purpose like i used cause i hung a plama tv on the wall and it worked perfect for like the cable box dvd player such things like that and the look on them are very nice. the only think i could say that i didnt like is the pricing is nt bad but not the best to shortly after i purchased i found a 3 shelf set up for about 20 more then what i paid for a one shelf set up but if your looking to buy just single shelves this here product is what your looking for.Customer Review: Picture is Deceiving

This is a quality unit, BUT the picture gives you the impression that the shelf does not extend out very far. The arm of the shelf extends so that the glass shelf begins 5" from the wall and extends out to 21" from the wall. This is the only complaint I have as the unit is otherwise well designed, sturdy, and the glass shelf(tempered) is first class. My suggestion, design a sliding extendable/retractable arm. The shelf is used to hold a direct TV receiver below a small wall hung 21" LCD in sewing room.Customer Review: Picture is not how it is...

It seems like a nice product and would have worked great if the shelf itself did not stick out so far. Problem is the glass starts about 5 inches from the wall base. You can turn it, but that makes it start further away as the mount in the middle is not centered.
I am not sure why they designed it then way and no pictures I ever saw of it showed it like that. To me, you look at this picture on here and it looks like the glass is right next to the base, this is not the case.

I bought two of these shelves, one for my TiVo and the other for a DVD player. I was able to install them one above the other and they look great. The glass for the shelf is very thick and it would probably support a TV! The only thing I found odd was that that if was impossible to tighten the bracket so it would not move back and forth. It really isn't a problem unless the shelf was in a high traffic area....which would not be a good idea anyway. Nice looking, well made and gets the job done easy.Customer Review: Great product for the price!!!

This product is exactly what I was looking for to put below my wall mounted TV in our master bedroom. It holds the reciever and dvd player with no problems. The ONLY thing about this product is it sticks out about 15 inches from the wall.... So for a flat screen, wall mounted and your components sticking out a little bit, it causes us to have to avoid it. But we have placed a small table that goes under it to place pictures on and help cover up the cords in the tracking we have on the wall.
