The service was great. It came much sooner than I expected. Now for the product. I bought this set so I wouldn't have to make any more holes in the wall. It sounded easy enough, and they even provide the foamy stick-ons that attach it to the wall. They didn't work. Still, if I choose to screw the covers into the wall (i.e. make more holes), I can. I was hoping that the sections would snap together, but they don't. Still, I am pleased with the way the braces snap into the covers. I have covered them with wallpaper to match my wall. It's the wallpaper that is holding them together. Again, if I choose to make holes in the wall, they will work well enough.Customer Review: So much more attractive!

I love this cable management system! I started researching ways to get the cables in the wall, and soon realized it was much more complicated than cutting a few holes.
I followed another reviewer's advice and used the 3M Command strips instead of the provided tape, and so far so good - everything is still on the wall. My favorite part was being able to attach the cable separator directly to the wall, and then paint the cover and click it on once it dried. It took the paint very well, and blends very nicely. I can't lie and say you won't see it, but it's much nicer than black cords going every which way.
Highly recommended!

I used one piece to fill an 8 inch gap between my television and my cabinet.
It covers 1 HD cable, 1 set of a/v cables (red white yellow), and the power cable. I believe there might be more room for another cable if small, but it works for me.
I didn't try the mounting supplies it came with. Instead I used a tip that another review gave, saying to use the 3M removable poster hanging strips to tape the cover to the wall. It works great, try the largest strip you can buy. My cover hasn't come off in the 3 months it's been on.

I wanted to run the cables in the wall, but decided that would be too much work. This worked out great - when painted, the texture matches the wall perfectly and blends right in. We live in a rental house and can not put our cords in the walls. Our TV is mounted over the fire place and there were multiple cords running along the mantle and down the wall. We hid them all in this and then painted it the same color as the wall so it blends. Looks MUCH better.
