I poo-pooed other reviews thinking that the reviewers were just making up stuff, especially the one that said they were not going to exchange it because they don't have time to waste. Well, I should have listened because the product arrived not functioning. I tried different batteries, but to no avail. I have e-mailed them and intend to update this review as I get any results.
