Customer Review: Good, but not rugged

Carried this on my keychain in my pocket for about 15 months. Worked flawlessly. The lanyard string attached to the main body, not the cap - a pet peeve of some devices.
2 quibbles. I never lost the cap, nor did it ever come off by accident, but it doesn't feel like it's secure. For something I carry with me, I'd prefer it was "clipped" on. I've never yet found a "ruggerised" usb pen drive that was also compact in size. Doesn't seem like it should be that hard really.
The lanyard is attached to an "end plug" that slots into the main body. It's meant to be glued in and fixed in place, but it came un-stuck after a couple of months. Some gaffa tape fixed that and made for a more "road warrior" look, but pretty poor build quality given the price.
The actual memory chips are similarly slotted in & glued at the other end of the main body. These also came un-stuck after about 15 months. Given it's been in my pocket most of the time, I can't really consider this a flaw per-se, but I don't consider it great build quality either. It would put me off buying another OCZ product, other than I'm not convinced any of the other manufacturers are particularly much better.
Never the less, it's annoying : I'd happily have paid an extra $5 for a better quality glue / enclosure, but in the drive for "cheapest" we always give up some quality.
Other than that, excellent product.
