I tried several .com's that advertised the ink roller.I would order, buy and have it confirmed.I would wait weeks, and nothing.Then I would call and they would tell me the product was unavailable, and would credit the account.I finally used Office Planet, they again let me order, but informed me the next day that Nukote was not suppling their roller,but suggested one that was comprable.Got the package in a few days and all is well.Perhaps you should check Nukote and suggest an update on products.True, my calculator is old, but still works great.
