The black light is great is revealing spots. The spray leaves a bit to be desired. The spray is supposed to destroy the urine without scrubbing and it doesn't. Any pet owner knows that killing the odor of urine is nearly impossible. The spray does kill about 85% of the odor, but leaves enough to where the animal is able to smell it and hit the spot again. This product, however, is better than anything offered in the store and I recommend it to pet owners.Customer Review: Need a Bigger Bottle

I really liked that the black light came with this. However, you have to get the black light everytime you buy the product.
The stains do come out, but for really bad ones you really have to put a great deal of the product on it so it will soak in. It takes no time at all to use the entire bottle on just a few areas. I wish that this package came with a refill or an option to buy an additional bottle w/out the blacklight.

I have 3 dogs and 2 cats and have used numerous enzyme products for urine removal and I must say I was impressed by Urine Gone. Not only was it good for new stains, but a couple of old stains we had were actually removed quite quickly with this product. The black light that came with it is kinda useless as it is so small that you have to be right on top of the area to see a stain but the product itself is pretty good.Customer Review: Didn't work at all - Waste of Money!!

I used this for a few weeks and did not notice any difference whatsoever in the cat stains/smells. It was totally ineffective... I threw remainder out.
Lately I've been using Petzyme to clean the stains, and it works PERFECTLY... no complaints whatsever (even removes old stains.) Still looking for a product to remove faint urine odor that still remains but have not had one that I am happy with.

We read the directions, carefully followed them and after using the entire bottle of UrineGone on just a "few" (about 7) small spots of dog urine, the SPOTS HADN'T CHANGED A BIT and definately WEREN'T GONE!!! What a waste of our MONEY!!!
ALSO we DIDN'T receive the "gift" of the roller to remove pet hair, "AS SEEN ON TV"!!!
Man what a rip-off, I'LL MAKE SURE I LET OTHERS KNOW ABOUT THIS!!!
