the straps were very strappy. they seemed a little cheesey, as the strap part that goes around your wrist doesn't seem like a quality material. they almost seem too "cottony" or "fluffy." It sounds weird to say, but its true. it just doesn't have a real tight/nylon feel to it- and when connected to my 400 dollar camera, i wanted something better. but then again, i paid like a dollar for it.
