Customer Review: Clean Displays!!! WOW!

I purchased this product through the recommendation of a colleague. The Monster ScreenClean Kit is absolutely great. I use it VERY sparingly with the included cleaning cloth. When used as per instructions, one does not unfold the cloth but uses one side to clean the screen with a small mist of solution sprayed on the screen. All the dust and other contaminants come off immediately.
Finally, wiping the screen off with the other side of the cloth (dry side) makes the screen come up like it was new. I have one display that was damaged when it was lent out. I noticed that after cleaning it, the scratch on it was actually less noticeable than when I started cleaning.
The solution boasts to be alcohol-free, which is really important in protecting the display for years of service. As for the price, I purchased from Amazon.com for the best price. Although it might appear to be a bit pricey, the fact is that when used according to instructions, it will last for many, many months. An electronic superstore in the area uses this very product to clean ALL of their displays, computer and TV's. They use one bottle in 3 months...amazing, considering how many displays they have.

I bought a brand new 52" LCD Samsung. With it I bought this cleaner. NO OTHER CLEANER HAD EVER TOUCHED THE BRAND NEW SCREEN. After using this cleaner once (with screen cooled down and so on) it left streaks all over the screen that are simply IMPOSSIBLE to remove. I tried distilled water and iKlear on it to remove the streaks left by the Monster product but eventhough iKlear would not add any new streaks of it's own it simply could NOT remove any of the streaks left by this Monster spray. Don't use this product on LCD screens!
Update: I hunted and hunted for solutions on how to remove the streaks. Finally I found it and it worked like a charm. Go buy 90% or higher isopropyl alcohol from the drug store. Mix this with 50% distilled water (and 50% by volume isopropyl 90% or higher purity). Use two microfiber lint-free cloths. Wipe gently but thoroughly with the wet cloth (saturated with your 50/50 mix but not dripping) then dry with a dry cloth (again gently). It removed all the terrible streaks caused by the Monster junk and the screen is now crystal clear and streak free. Cost: about $1.20 for this mixture/solution plus the cloths were from the iKlear package I already had.

Maybe some of these poor reviews are the result of using earlier versions of the cleaning fluid. Here was my experience.
Over the weekend, while the Samsung 55UNC6900VF LED/LCD was being installed some fingerprints and oil from a piece of furniture it was resting against during the install put some additional smudges on the screen. Couldn't get this off using perfect glass cleaner and then panicked when finding out you aren't supposed to use this on these type LED screens. Looking carefully, it seems that Samsung was using some kind of polarized plastic sheet in front of the LCD to aid in light transmission.
It looked like it was going to be impossible to clean this up. First thing Monday, I contacted Samsung about the problem and they recommended only "Screen Clean". With only one pass, everything was cleaned up. Usually, with products like this, it takes several passes to get things totally clean. I am OCD and even checked the screen with an LED flashlight (which makes anything show up), no streaking or smudges, this was factory clean! I am very satisfied with this product. Other people should know how well this worked.

After mounting my 46" Samsung LED TV on the wall, I've left many stubborn finger prints and palm prints on the screen so I went online and read on how to clean it. This product (Monster) was recommended by several sites but the streak problem was mentioned almost everywhere so I decided not to buy this product.
Instead, I used the micro-fibre cloth that came with my tv (same cloth as the one you clean reading glasses with) and started scrubbing it in horizontal motion across where the fingerprints were. At first, the results were not significant so I applied a little bit more pressure. After about 5 minutes and moderate pressure (not too much as I don't wanna break the tv) the spots started disappearing!!! This is with a simple micro-fibre cloth, some pressure and no liquids what-so-ever!
As is true with many other things, the old fashioned way still works. Avoid any chemicals out there and just use a dry micro-fibre cloth with a bit of pressure. It's the pressure and the dryness of the cloth that cleaned the screen.
I hope this helps all of you who still have streaks from this product.

I indeed did my research before I bought this product, because we are talking about my best friend ( Samsung LNT5271F TV ) I have the whole setup, and I indeed love this TV, so one time Mom came and she thought that she is doing good by cleaning the house, and first I saw her dusting around the TV then brought a regular fabric and wanted to start cleaning the TV, As soon as she put it on the TV it had a mark so I asked her to not do that because its so sensitive to chemicals and things..
Then I brought a silk fabric, and still wont get as it used to be..
I bought this product sprayed a little bit on the give fabric, and made a long and wide swipes and guess what, the TV came back as BRAND NEW...
I didnt use too much of the given solution so I believe its ganna last at least a year while you clean the TV every once in a while..
Its perfect product if you have a TV that you love, I already recommended this product to alot of my friends..
Dont look around get this one, spray the solution on the given fabric, and do a long and wide swipes and ur TV is back new..
