For all electronics that are dual voltage (most laptop chargers, battery chargers for digital cameras, cell phones, etc. are, but always double check on the unit itself to be sure), this power strip from Monster is a very useful item to bring with you, especially if you're going to be traveling internationally. I used this along with the All-in-One Surge protector from [...] for all the aforementioned chargers and they worked without any problems. If you are going to be using something that is not dual voltage, be sure to buy a converter - I bought the 1600 Watt Converter from the same website - and if you purchase this, definitely remember to buy the #400/Europe Regular Non-Grounded Adapter plug to extend the plug, as most of the outlets that I saw in Germany were recessed! I used the last two for my straightening/flat iron by Bespoke Laboratories purchased from [...] and it worked fine. Hope this helps to anyone who is planning to travel to Europe! We travel quite a bit and have used the Monster 4-outlet strip twice in the last month. It's especially good for overseas travel. We bought one power adapter and plugged Monster 4-outlet strip into it. This way, we can charge our phones, camera batteries, electronic reader and computer quickly.
Love it and will probably order more for friends/relatives who travel.

The Monster MP OTG400 BK Outlets To Go Power Strip is a great addition to your electronics bag. We have a bag that we keep all the extra cables and do-dads that we need when going out to cover a convention or on vacation. As you know, it's getting difficult to travel without bringing your connectivity with you. So, we're always on the look out for items that fold up or can be stored at a smaller size and that is easy to slip into a case -- just in case. Many hotel rooms don't have power strips and have few outlets. This item fits the bill. It's small when not in use -- about the length of my hand from fingertip to wrist and not as wide. It fits in the bag and if I don't need it that's fine but when I do need it it hasn't added much to the weight and so far has been in my mind a good purchase.
