What attracted me to this purchase was the fact it had free shipping (photodon requires I believe around $5) and that it came with a cloth. Having used their excellent HDTV cleaning spray this product was going under heavy scrutiny. Using it for my Cintiq 12wx with a screen cover, my dell m1530, as well as my glasses I can say that it only just met expectations to clean but was overall disappointing and expensive even when on sale.
First, I did not know that the bottles were so small. They were definitely NOT the 8 ounces as described and were much smaller than the mini bottles from my previous choice. Second, when I put it to the test on 2 dirty screens and my glasses it worked to clean but left a very thin film of some sort. A film that you won't notice outright but after cleaning my glasses I noticed they started to blur. My previous cleaner did NOT do that.
Had I not used a better screen cleaner I would have said this was good, but truthfully I am disappointed.
Sadly the best thing about this purchase is the cloth. The cloth from the package is quite nice. Much nicer than photodon's though good cleaning cloths are easily found for cheap.
In conclusion, knowing what is out there and getting used to the feel of my original cleaner I can say that I will definitely not buy this one again. I would prefer to spend the same amount of money on my original choice and just use a new cloth.
