Customer Review: Nice little earbuds

I changed jobs a few months ago and the days of blaring music in my office were over, I needed headphones. I started using the sport style ear clips that I use while exercising. I prefer this style for stability in my ear. But after years of use the cable was fraying and I needed some new ones. My main criteria for headphones were 1) stability in my ear while moving around and 2) easy maintenance! One major problem I had with my other headphones is that the foam padding collected ear gunk too easily and was delicate which made cleaning it a hassle.
Because of the two concerns written above I decided to go with these Lil' Jamz. The regular Jamz were too big from what I was reading and I had a concern they would fall out my ears while running. I haven't yet been running with the Lil' Jamz but they do stay in pretty well while walking, secure enough that I'd jog with them. The detachable ear tips are a function of this design of headphones but I think it's great for ear health! Simply detach them, run them over water, and they're clean. They're not delicate like those foam pads so I don't have a concern about stretching or tearing them. Trust me, cleaning your ear tips is important. Since switching to these Lil' Jamz I can definitely tell some ear problems have cleared up, so they must've been caused by my other headphones not being clean enough. :(
The sound quality is good, but honestly I didn't really care too much about that because I figured any headphones would be good enough for me considering how I use them. But since my other headphones basically died because of the cable I wanted a higher quality cable, so I decided to go with Monster since I've had good experience with them in this department.
