This is a great product for anyone who does a fair deal of traveling with a laptop, i.e. student, professional, or anyone wanting to have their laptop on hand at all times. I use it about everyday or so and it fits my 15" laptop great. It has a velcro strap to keep the laptop snug and plenty of extra room for powercords, external HDs, and i can even get my bluetooth keyboard in it with the mouse in the top pouch. Not only does it accommodate my laptop and all my accessories, but its incredibly comfortable on the shoulders too. I have not had any problems with straps breaking off or anything like I've read about in other reviews so no worries there. If you're looking for a laptop case that's convenient, comfortable, plenty of space for your stuff, and looks decent too without a bunch of labels sticking out in annoyance this is definitely the one you should use. 5 stars, no complaints, and i rarely do reviews on products unless they really deserve it bad or good, so in my opinion this pack is really worth every penny. This is an Average quality backpack.. it looks quite faded out in actual as compared to the pictures shown on websites. I read a lot of reviews before actually purchasing this product from Amazon and I found other ppl's quite useful.. esp about the Zips in the bag (not good quality zips at all) and the looks (really looks faded out and dull). The back straps are comfortable but not much as compared to other bags like Samsonite and the top handle is very lousy! Space wise, I found it good.. as I can carry my 14" laptop, some books and a lunch pack inside it with ease; and its fine to manage with just 1 compartment.. I would say if you're not so concerned about the overall looks, you can go for this particular model.. keep in mind the zips though, I am not sure when they would go bad for me ! And for the price, I can safely say that it would be a good pick if you got it for under 20 bucks (I did). otherwise u might want to give other bags a thought.Customer Review: Total junk; cheaply made, fell apart within a month

I bought one of these bags during a sale at our college bookstore. My faithful REI backpack, which lasted me nearly ten years, is finally developing zipper problems and so when I saw this bag for $20, I figured it was a good replacement for my current pack.
Unfortunately, this backpack went to pieces pretty quickly. In particular, the straps on both sides began to fray badly at the lower joint, within a month of purchase. I haven't done anything with this bag but carry books in it, but it's literally coming apart at the seams. My old REI pack, on the other hand, is still in pretty decent condition despite having been used on camping trips as well as for school.
On top of everything else, the bookstore refused to give me a refund since this was a clearance item... so I'm out twenty bucks and I need a new backpack again. Now I know why they had extras left over. Buyer beware.
Customer Review: Nice bag, but no quality control

I really liked this bag, not excessively huge, just enough for me to carry my 13" macbook/power cord, essentials, a few notebooks and my water bottle. It's not big and bulky, and being a girl I liked that a lot.
HOWEVER, the first bag I ordered came, and had a defective strap where the piece of plastic holding the bottom strap to the top strap was malformed, rendering it useless (someone had to have seen this during inspection, since the other strap was put together fine). So I sent that one bag, and Amazon sent a replacement VERY quickly and I was very happy. Two weeks after using the replacement, I notice that the top handle has started to fray off, and in a few days, it was already half frayed and I couldn't use it. So I sent it back and got a SwissGear pack.
So yeah, nice bag if you don't need to carry around a ton of heavy books, but beware of quality.

Note: I am not bashing the bag, its fine, however I am warning all that INANDOUTAUCTIONS misleads the customers.
I ordered this bag, from the seller inandoutauctions, they listed this bag as NEW. Upon its arrival I found a bag that has no tags, no receipt, a worn bottom, scratches, stains, a NEW hp remote and a set of hp earphones inside. I am a reasonable person, it is in decent condition, especially with its hidden "treasures". This would've been fine had I ordered a USED product, but I did not.
I would not suggest going for the lesser price of this product unless you have a prior history with that seller. And if you must be cheap, like I was, DO NOT BUY from INANDOUTAUCTIONS.
After a few emails and a phone conversation INANDOUTAUCTIONS gave me a full refund, as they should have for the inconvenience.
