honestly the mouse is great but it is NOT the color I ordered - which highly disappointed me. i specifically ordered the bronze color to match my laptop as I gifted my previous bronze mouse to a friend who absolutely loved it! great size, great functionality - greattttt price!

this is the best mouse that i have ever had. its naturally very fast which is great for gaming, this is one of my favorite thing about it. its small and very comfortable. i have had it for about a month now and still using the same battery i put in the first day. the shipping was really fast, it arrived a couple days before it said it would. the one thing that bothered me was that it wasn't the color it shows in the picture its more a grey blue and silver but still looks good. all in all i was extremely happy with it and would recommend that everyone get this

I bought this mouse for my netbook, which is hooked up to a 24 inch LCD monitor sitting on a TV tray. I needed a wireless mouse so I could control my computer while reclining on my couch and not have wires trip me every time I get up. I have an old wireless Microsoft mouse that I purchased over 10 years ago when wireless optical mouse were first invented. That mouse worked great except it had a huge dongle and looked unsightly and I now needed a new mouse for my other computers. So I bought this new Microsoft mouse thinking it would be the same great quality. That old Microsoft mouse is still going strong after all these years and it was the most comfortable mouse. Unfortunately, this new Microsoft mouse is a pile of doo doo. It is not anything like my old mouse. The plastic feels cheap and flimsy. The range on this new mouse is pathetic. Even though the USB receiver is only 2 feet away from the mouse and it does not register clicks and movement is sporadic. I had to move the mouse less than a foot away from the receiver before it would work correctly. What good is a wireless mouse if you have to be right next to the receiver for it to work? This is also the first optical mouse I've tried which does not work on all surfaces. Even my old 10 year Microsoft mouse works on surfaces such as a table top, couch, carpet, blanket, etc. Beware, this mouse is very picky about what surfaces it will work on and you will need a mouse pad. I would recommend you get the Kensington mouse instead. It is about the same price and is a hundred times better than this mouse in every way. The Kensington mouse feels sturdy, works 4 feet away and it works on all surfaces; just like a real optical mouse should. Avoid Microsoft at all cost, they don't know how to make quality products anymore.
