Digital Cameras Photo Reviews of Microsoft Bluetooth Notebook Mouse 5000Customer Review: Battery Life is short, short, short! Summary: 2 Stars
Most features of this Microsoft mouse are nice, but the battery life is so short that it has become pretty expensive to use. Even with turning off the mouse overnight and often during the day, the two AAA batteries last no more than 3 weeks.
Customer Review: Works well for what I need Summary: 5 Stars
I use this mouse with my MacBook running Leopard, and so far it has worked great. It does very rarely drop the signal, but this is so infrequent that it isn't much of a problem at all. Overall its a nice mouse if you're looking for bluetooth.
Customer Review: Does what is supposed to for a good price Summary: 5 Stars
I use this with my Macbook Pro that is set up to triple boot OS X / XP / Linux and it works with all three operating systems with a apparently good battery life (been a month or so and it is going strong with regular use).

Customer Review: Same review as other posters. Summary: 4 Stars
Love the convenience of the wireless mouse. Doesn't take up any USB slots so there is nothing sticking out from my laptop to bump on things. Has occasional issues connecting to computer that require the mouse to be turned off then back on.
Customer Review: Fulfills it's purpose Summary: 4 Stars
The bluetooth mouse is pretty good. I haven't had any problems with it since I've purchased it.
I previously had a logitech bluetooth mouse. That was a good mouse but died after 2 years. I hope this one has a longer lifespan.
