I purchased this sleeve to use with my Targus Shoulder laptop bag. This sleeve fits perfectly and it's very stylish. Its also machine washable which comes in handy when you travel alot. Although I own several bags to carry laptops, I bought the Microsoft Laptop sleeve for it compactness and protection, as I needed to carry my 15.3" laptop inside a larger bag along other articles and still be considered a hand luggage traveling by plane. although not what I would call 'stylish' it is exactly the right size for my MacBook Pro 15". Many neoprene sleeves do not have handles...A definite plus. I am able to put the Mac inside and add the plug/mouse as well as I separate those items from the actual Mac with the foam insert to preventing scratching. This 15.6 inch sleeve is compact and provides for secure handling of laptop with flexible handle grip. Sleeve fits 15.6 inch HP laptop perfectly, but with no room to store AC adaptor. If you want to carry the AC adaptor, either use this sleeve for the 14 inch (or use for smaller laptop) or buy the 17" sleeve.Customer Review: Great sleeve

This is a great sleeve for a laptop. just bought an Asus K52J on [...] that was a 15.6.. i was worried that it might not fit, but it fit beautifully. i don't however liked how the manufacturer stabled holes in front of the sleeve just to show a sample of what was inside the sleeve which was the neoprene.
