This product is a good value compared to smaller quantity packages but I've found them to have a high failure rate. I find at least 20% are no good.

I use them mainly for copying images above 4.7GB. I use an external LG to burn the image. It takes about 25 minutes to burn a 6-7GB file, but it performs flawlessly everytime. Dual Layer are know to be expensive, and 25 for 30 dollars is a bargain.

Maybe these discs work for some people, but when I bought these I had to return them. I tried each disc and none worked. I have a Dell computer. I have had good experience with TDK and Verbatim. Somebody must be able to use Memorex since they keep selling them, but I will never buy them again.Customer Review: 100% burn rate for 75 disks. Use a Plextor!

I DO NOT recommend any other burner! Gone through 75 of these Memorex disks so far with NO BAD burns. Just bought another 75. Plextor PX-755SA, don't be home without it.
UPDATE 11-26-10 I have not used anything but Verbatim for the past 3 years. SO much better than any other brand..

I use this media on a Dell laptop. Thanks to the informative reviews from others, I upgraded the firmware on my DVD drive before I tried to burn a disk. I have about a 90% success rate. But wow, the price went from $49 to $69 in one month. Guess I won't be buying any more of them...
