I HAVE BOUGHT 200 OF THESE JEWEL CASES AND NOT ONE OF THEM HAS FAILED. THEY SHIP QUITE RAPIDLY EVEN WITH FREE SHIPPING. THIS IS A GOOD PRODUCT AND IF YOU READ MY REVIEWS YOU KNOW THAT I TELL THE TRUTH AND DO NOT HOLD BACK WHEN A PRODUCT IN MY OPINION IS BAD. I HAVE HAD POOR RESULTS WITH DUEL JEWEL CASES IN THE PAST. NOW I CREATE MY OWN USING THESE JEWEL CASES AND COUPLING TWO OF THEM BACK TO BACK USING SCOTCH MOUNTING TAPE. TRY IT AND YOU WILL APPRECIATE THIS ADVICE I'M GIVING YOU RREE OF CHARGE..

Before I ordered this 100-Pack container of Memorex Slim Jewel Cases, I noticed a number of reviews talking about damaged cases. The container that these cases are packaged in from the manufacturer (Memorex) is not very heavy duty, so I can understand how that might happen if Amazon did not put them into another box. Fortunately I had other items I ordered at the same time so the package of Memorex cases were inside another larger box from Amazon. I had no damage.Customer Review: Great cases, bad shipping

The cases are great, slim and easy to use. However, I guess because I ordered two of these (200 cases) they sent them in the box they came in. So, there was no extra padding like there is when they pack the box for you. So, in all we lost about 20 cases to cracking and breaking. Since I had a project to do that needed 200 CD's, I didn't appreciate having to go out and buy 20 more at Staples!Customer Review: Does the job!

These cases worked just fine. The slim cases are a little less sturdy than the full-size jewel cases in my opinion but they take up less space which was why I ordered them. I bought 300 of these cases and had to return one of the packages because they were damaged in shipping but Amazon returned them really quickly so it was okay.Customer Review: Love these!

I've been buying the same ones for over two years now and I've never had a complaint about them. I think I might have had two broken ones in over 700 I've ordered. I love the clear backs, as I insert the song list behind the CD so I can see what's on there without opening the case.
A great buy IMHO.
