I was greatly surprised with this transmitter. I had previously bought different unit that was horrible. Wouldn't work worth a darn. I thought I'd try this one since I have a Sansa E250 player. What a difference! It was easy to use and I quickly found several frequencies that I could use. The sound is as good as my car stereo can deliver. Have used this for several months now and still working great. I'd definately recommend this item to anyone with a Sansa player.Customer Review: Works great!

I've had this product for about a month or so now, and I'm pleased as punch with it. I've taken it all over town and on long car trips out of town and it's worked perfectly. The only issue you might have is needing to change station settings as you drive to new areas. A station that is dead air in your area might be in use in another area, but it usually only takes one or two settings in either direction to get another dead station.Customer Review: Too much interference in Metro Area

I'm in a metropolitan area where there are basically no unused frequencies. I haven't been able to find a frequency that the Maximo will work on without interference. The vehicle is a GMC Jimmy with factory radio. The best result I can get is by picking a frequency that has a weak station on either side, but I still get interference during my 20 mile commute. If you are in a metro area, you probably will not be happy with the Maximo.Customer Review: It's middle of the road

Depending on what type of file you are listening to...i.e. quality recorded music, vs. downloaded speaking media, you have to turn the volume way up,and then you hear all the interferance from the car's electrical system. Low Kbps recorded media does not play well. The cord is quite long, the unit is bulky...but its a cheap alternative if you are waiting to upgrade to a sleeker system.Customer Review: My Fourth and the Best

Doesn't pick up electrical interference from the car, other units have done this and it was annoying. Every time I touched the brake, click click. Windshield wipers, A/C and turn signal would do the same.
The display is easy to read and the stations are easy to set up, it is clear with no interference (as long as you have a clear freq.)they also give you ample length of cable too.
