Customer Review: One-Tenth The Cost of Retail

I buy the CR 2032 batteries for our garage door openers and now a bathroom scale. So we use about 3-5 a year, and I always went to the supermarket or drugstore and paid up to 5 dollars apiece for them. NO MORE! Ordered from "MYBATTERYSUPPLIER" here on Amazon, and paid about 50 CENTS each. About 8 days later I received a strip pack of 5 batteries, just as pictured in the item description. I am very impressed with the price and product, and the retail stores just lost some more of my business.
The battery life seems to be fine. The only issue I have is the oh-so-slow pace of regular US MAIL. Even mailed "First Class", my white envelope of batteries arrived eight calendar days after the order, which seems a bit long. Usually, envelopes arrive 2-3 days after mailing within the US. But patience is a virtue, all good things come to those who wait, blah blah blah. Stocked up on batteries here, and saved 90% off retail-- I'll wait.

I was skeptical when I sent my order because of the extreme low pricing. I figured even when they send me one, it'll still be cheaper than local store. This is what I got.
5 cells of Maxell CR2032, made in Japan by Hitachi, just like advertized, nothing less.
I calculated how much per piece after subtracting the stamp value on the envelope they came in. It was 27 cents each.
I paid more for 5 cells of other size(smaller capacity) no name batteries made in China through eBay. First, second ones performed ok but the rest had been self-discharged to nearly no juice in them.
I know I haven't used any of the battery yet, so I can't be sure the same thing won't happen to these batteries. At least it has a well known brand name, so I'm confident they will hold up. I'll post how the batteries perform, but it'll have to be a several years from now.

The batteries I received is not in retail package like what the photo shows on the web. It's in bulk package (5 batteries in a plastic bag). The batteries are cheap and they work. I am not sure how long the batteries will last because I just use it for my bathroom scale. Well, you pay for what you get, so don't expect too much for the price you pay.
Updated my experience on July 14, 2010:
Don't buy the battery from this seller. These batteries are useless! I replaced the old batteries in my devices with the new batteries I ordered from this seller. It's terrible that the power only last for few days while the old battery, which came with the product I bought, lasted for few month before I replaced them with these "new batteries".

Not much more you can say about batteries, but they work great. I bought this particular pack for my roommate Omalley. Along with his extensive motorized doll collection that take this exact size battery, we recently bought him an automatic toy bubble maker. He plays with this, blowing bubbles, all day a night in his room by himself, so we were wise to purchase the 5-pack.
It's a lifesaver to know that he can occupy himself with his dolls and bubbles for extensive periods of time due to the battery life of this particular brand.
A+ in my book, keep the good products going, and I know my roommate Omalley would say the same thing if the batteries would just run out long enough for him to stop playing with his dolls!

Received these batteries to replace the ones in the bathroom scale. After several searches I ordered these as the price could not be beat. Waited patiently for them to come arrive from somewhere overseas. When they did arrive they looked as pictured; a sealed blister pack of 5 Maxell batteries.
Sadly not a single one of the batteries worked - they are stamped with "09" on every single battery (not sure if that is their expiration year but regardless they are duds.
Too bad as it seems like these got a large number of postive reviews.
