i bought these to back up my computer and love these discs and 50 for the price is very cheap per disc so i still have alot left over took only 2 for computer back up guees i will be finding something to use the rest for but will in the future buy them again Customer Review: Okay product, bad shipping

It took 3 weeks for this item to ship. And then almost a week for it to arrive once it was shipped. The box was 4 times the size of the spindle, and the only protective packaging was a air cushion thing on the side. This left 75% of the container unprotected and when I received it the case was broken. Dics are okay, but would be nice to have something to hold them in now.

I used to have a lot of trouble burning with my old computer. Literally 1 out of 3 discs would be useless afterwards. As it turns out, I had been buying Memorex CDs and DVDs. I then switched to Maxell and have had absolutely no problems since then.
I continued to buy Maxell blank media after I got my new computer, and I have gone through at least four 50-packs without a single burn error. These are so reliable that I no longer double-check that the data has been properly written, something I used to do after every burn.
For as long as I need blank media, I will use the Maxell brand.
