Customer Review: Better Know Your Exact Length Requirement

This bag will get the job done; just. Be careful of Amazon's measurements, if you notice, in the ad it gives the length as 30" and then it gives 27.56" further down. Go with the shorter measurement. My 55CX Carbon with medium plane ball head (about 3" height) just fit in the bag with little room to spare. The bag is nice and light and doesn't have a lot of extra material which is good for me. No pockets in or out, tripod only, and the carrying strap works perfectly to sling over the shoulder, very comfy to carry. Bag is not Italian but made in China with Manfrotto logo. I'm a casual tripod user who hikes, so small and light is good. If you use your tripod a lot and throw it around in your vehicle you might want to go for the padded bag at twice the price.
