I got this Manfrotto 055XDB Basic Tripod Legs (Black) for my Nikon D300s 12MP CMOS Digital SLR Camera (Body Only) and Nikon 70-200mm f/2.8G ED VR II AF-S NIKKOR Lens For Nikon Digital SLR Cameras.

This thing is heavy.
A little too tall for me. I am 5 feet 10 inches. (When including tripod head and camera height)
No height fine tuning possible, due lack of adjusting level legs.
Missing the foam cushion.
This tripod is one of Manfrotto's "best bang for buck" tripod. Highly recommended.

Built on the same ergonomically improved design as the 055XB, the 055XDB is lightweight, sturdy and portable. This basic tripod has the same design as the 055XB but with a simpler center column (no short column available) and more traditional locking knobs.
