Mack service is pitiful. Service is terrible they have little regard that a timely repair is required. As a pro photog they held/lost my pro Canon camera for months. Had I paid at the Canon repair factory it would have taken 3 days door to door. Do not buy these products. Don't even spend $20 on this as you might vent $1,000 of mental anguish on this in the end.
