i wanted to see a review like this one before buying this but i didnt so i made a point to make one after i bought it. i thought it was too good to be true or that it wouldnt work and.... IT WORKED!!! it is not bad quality @ll!!! it plays videos and pictures on your tv. and it is better than getting one that plugs into the bottom of your ipod because through the headphone jack you can still charge your ipod at the same time. it was totally worth it!! my friend just got the same thing for 50$ from apple. hah. idiot!! ya soo it works... i have the old 30gb black ipod video.Customer Review: Good Product.....but isn't good enough

The Macally Audio and Video Cable for iPod is not that bad of a product. It does provide good picture quality when needed. There are a couple of problems to this product. When you have all the settings right on the iPod it takes a while for the screen to come up from the iPod to the TV. IT looks fuzzy and the color is off sometimes. You have to jiggle the plug that's connected to the iPod. That's one bad thing. Another problem about this product is that the plug is too short. In Conclusion It's a good product but the fuzzyness and the length don't work for me.Customer Review: Wasn't very useful for me

I was trying to figure out a way to play my iPod videos on my Tv, so I bought this cord which is worth it for the price. The problem is, I don't think that you can plug a cord into the headphone jack of the iPod for it to work. So I'm not sure if this will play videos from your iPod onto your TV without an adapter, I couldn't tell how. This is still a good cable to have to plug things into your TV though. It didn't work for mr so I bought a retractable cable that had the same TV connections but had the iPod composit connection at the bottom of the iPod.Customer Review: Beware!! the new gen ipod classic does not work with this cable!!

I ordered this hoping to test my brand new ipod classic on TV. Once it arrived...(expedited shipping and all) I found out it wasn't working. YES I did set the TV out fx. I found the reason on the web... The new generation Ipod has a chip that prevents 3rd party cable from outputing to TV. You have to buy the 50 dollar cable from IPOD to do this... I think I'm going to buy 200 blank DVD's for the price and watch on DVD player... and I prob. won't buy IPOD again... should have gone with other company. Is it me or APPLE is more like Microsoft now?Customer Review: Does the job for less money

I just can't see paying Apple a fortune for a cable that does exactly what this one does. The only reason it's not 5 stars is that the color bands are on the inside top edge of the plugs, and that's a little annoying. I wish they were simply on the outside of each plug like normal. Also, I would like to see these offered in black. We're not all obsessed with Apple white! Other than that? Plug it in and you get video and audio to your receiver, TV or other device. And you get it for less. Who doesn't love a bargain?
