Customer Review: It'll do just fine.
Summary: 4 Stars

I've only had it a few weeks, but have used it several times. I've pumped some work-out music to the garage stereo and some of Chuck Swindall's online teaching thru the living room TV. Unfortunately the receiver must be moved if you desire transmission to different spaces (This is the only reason I didn't give it a 5-star). For the price, it does what it is supposed to do. The quality of construction seems a little less than it could be, but I don't intend to play badminton with it. If you're listening thru Windows Media Player, you can use the remote to adjust volume (and move thru the MP3 tracks), but if you're sending straight from website to receiver, then you can't (unless I'm doing something wrong). Overall, I'm happy with my purchase.

Customer Review: Logitech amazing
Summary: 4 Stars

As I listen to XM radio via my sterio equipment from my lap top internet connection...I am groovin on the sweet digital sound! I moved to Hawaii which is amazing all by itself but XM or Sirrus doesnt work here unless you have a gizmo like the Logitech Wireless Music System of PC.

It was simple to install so I was listening to great music in minutes after opeing the box. The price is nearly the lowest if not the lowest for this type of technology on the market right now.

Other models that are more pricey might have a hand held unit that displays whats playing but heck, I can walk over to my PC or Ipod to make the music change if needed. Small issue for such low $$ invested.

Aloha,

Eddie

Customer Review: Highly recommend this product
Summary: 5 Stars

The music system works as described and the sound quality is great. I listen to my iTunes and music.aol.com xm radio stations all the time. Occasionally there is some signal loss but I feel that depends on my PC load and cable connection. Even so it is rare.

I don't use the supplied remote control unit as I find it more convenient to view the PC screen. Instead, I think I might get one of those media remote control units for my pc.

At a recent party, I was surprised to find a number of people take over my pc and look for their favorite music and video clip (note: the unit does not beam video - not designed for that). It just goes to show how easy it is to use and, by the way, the coverage is great.

Customer Review: NO LONGER SUPPORTED...I WOULD NOT BUY
Summary: 1 Stars

I bought this product for one purpose: to be able to remote control my Windows Media Player. It can't. Here is Logitech's support response:

"I have tested the device and it appears that the device is not fully supported in Windows Media Player 11."

AND

"I regret to inform you that since this device is an end of life product we do not have any updates for this device."

Why do they not continue to support products that are still being sold as NEW???
This was a support email dated 4-7-2007.
This item is now reduced to merely an audio streaming devise with no controls. Now it goes in the trash. Waste of my money.
If you buy, do it with caution.

Customer Review: Good product but not perfect
Summary: 4 Stars

I bought the PC version of this and have been using it for about 2-3 weeks. Overall audio quality is good, however sometimes the signal is interrupted for some reason. Reviews on line say that other Blue-tooth and wireless products may interfere with the signal (like cordless phones, wireless internet). The aspect I do not like is that the remote is picky, you have to be right in front of the IR receiver to make it work, and that the receiver must be connected to a amp if you want to use speakers. Headphones do not require an amp. Funny thing is that I bought the PC USB transmitter and receiver including the remote for 150 from here, and then bought an additional receiver and transmitter from ebay for $15. 10% of the price. :)
