I bought this mouse with an Amazon gift card to replace the mouse that came with my HP desktop. The one that I previously owned clicked very loudly and was very fat in my hand. I purchased this mouse expecting it to be very small, according to other reviews, and generally not the greatest. However, this mouse exceeded all of my expectations - it's relatively quiet, sensitive but not too much, and fits very snugly in my hand (14 year old). Come on, Logitech. You can do better than this. I've had my mouse only over the summer, and the left-click button has already broken. I had to go out in the middle of the workday to get a replacement. Wish I could sue Logitech for loss in productivity. Oh, and guess what! We're just passed the return window - oh shucks. I have had good experience with Logitech products in the past, so I was slightly disappointed with this mouse. Functionally it works fine, so I still recommend it, but it just feels cheap. The scroll wheel is a little jerky and sticky, and wobbles a little as it spins. I feel like I need to be careful or I will break something. All in all for the price it's ok, but I guess I am just used to better from Logitech.Customer Review: Great basic mouse - speedy, too!

This is a great basic optical mouse from Logitech. Fits nicely in my small hand and the smoothness and speed of operation is much better than my old non-optical Microsoft mouse. The bonus is that it comes with a PS2 adapter in addition to the USB cord. This is not mentioned on the Amazon description. The Logitech Optical USB Mouse works as expected with a good fit and feel in the hand and nice touch on the buttons and scrolling wheel. The wheel also acts as a 3rd button for opening new tabs in Firefox and Internet Explorer. I have had no problems with this mouse and have several other Logitech mice on other machines that have proven to be very durable over many years.
