The mouse feels really good to hold in your hand. The placement of the forward and back buttons for web browsing are in very convenient spots, but not so convenient that you accidentally click them all the time, as I did with my last mouse. The blue color is beautiful. The low battery indicator is wonderful. Rather than realizing your mouse doesn't work and scrambling for batteries, you get a warning to replace them so you can be ready ahead of time. I also like the fact that you can turn off the mouse with the power button on the bottom. The button is in-laid so that it does not get pressed accidentally. This is the best mouse design I've experienced so far in my whole computing life!Customer Review: Excellent cheap plug-n-play mouse.

I primarily use OS X on an iMac, and occasionally Windows XP (also on the iMac), and I bought this mouse to replace the horrible and cumbersome wireless mouse + base station I had been using for Windows gaming. I liked the Logitech LX7 so much that it ended up replacing my Mighty Mouse (which I used in OS X). It is small but not too small, the receiver is a large (for a USB stick-thing) but still inconspicuous, and the extra buttons are in a perfect spot.
I also like this mouse because it requires no setup and works perfectly with no effort in both OS X and Windows. Additionally, it is a nice shade of blue.

I really like this mouse. It was very easy to install and start using within minutes. It is very comfortable in the hand. A little larger than my wired Dell mouse but not as huge as the wireless full size microsoft mice. It does not feel that much heavier than my wired mouse, it is lighter than the wireless Logitech I had 5+ years ago. Having the page back and forward buttons near the wheel insted of on the side is nice. The buttons can be changed to something else if desired. It does have some gaming features, but I don't know how great they are because I don't play any games that might need a more specialized mouse.Customer Review: Great Mouse- Perfect for Desktop PC or Laptop Use

I originally bought this mouse for my work laptop, thinking it was smaller than it actually is. It's smaller than the mouse that was already provided, but bigger than a laptop mouse. That's my mistake for not reading the specs. Not having the red laser saves on power, and the range has been good so far. I love the left/right scrolling function, perfect for big Excel sheets. The back and forward buttons are nice too, although I don't use them as much. The provided software allows you to customize buttons for specific software, and you can change the default functions as well. Definitely a great buy!Customer Review: Fantastic for a while...

The LX 7 is a great feeling mouse. However, after about a year of use, the wireless connectivity drops to total chaos. Sometimes my mouse pointer will skip around the screen and click on things even if I'm not touching the mouse. (Is it at all possible my next-door neighbor could be causing this???) There are many frustrations with the fact that the battery compartment became disconnected inside the shell of the mouse, so the batteries occasionally slip around and lose connection. I stuffed a cotton ball under the compartment in order to get the batteries to line up properly...
