When they say refurbished, do keep that in mind. I had to spend about an hour on the phone with Logitech - they were helpful - updating the firmware on this remote as it would not activate anything as it came originally. That said, once the firmware was up the date, set up was a breeze and there are dozens of ways to configure how things turn on and off. I'm using it to control my Vizio 1080p LCD, Direct TV HD box, and Onkyo 650 receiver. I also have a PS3, but that's all bluetooth so I still have a separate controller for that so keep that in mind if you use your PS3 as a Bluray and DVD player as I am. Overall very happy, and the price I got this for - 39.99 - was unreal, I should have bought a second one for downstairs as they are back to $79 or more now!Customer Review: Good one to have

This remote has been easy to setup and has done everything it said it would. My wife can easily use it and the help button is ingenious. I have a clearplay dvd player that no universal remote will recognize but this one did. Also I have a proprietary hauppauge remote for my media center pc and it can control that too. I do agree with other reviewers the the play, stop, rewind etc. buttons at the button of the remote are a little hard to get to and I wish they were up top.
Overall it is a great remote. Looked brand new too.

Item shipped quickly even with free shipping. Setup was less than 30 minutes using online process, even with a non-brand name TV. Push help button anytime something isn't on/off and remote will take you through a step by step solving process. Currently using remote for DVR/cable box, DVD, and stereo - so haven't used full capablities. Very satisfied so far!Customer Review: Second Harmony

I really like the feel of this remote over the Harmony 520 that I have been using for the past year. My biggest complaint though is the playback buttons are all the way on the bottom and hard to use.
