Customer Review: Better the second time
Summary: 4 Stars

The first time I bought this product I had to send it back. The whole set of letter keys on the right side of the keyboard would randomly stop working. But now i've had the second one (sent by Amazon at no extra charge as a replacement) for a month and it's been working great. Decently lightweight, has an excellent feel and nice software. The mouse is good too. Only issue i've had is that to present the keys besides left and right click you must assign letters to them, i.e. for gaming the side keys are the "-" and "=" symbol instead of just foward and back like my other mouse. All and all would review as a good product, even after the inital frustration and hassle. Would suggest to others, much better than the Microsoft one I bought beforehand. Hope this helps you decide!

Customer Review: BEST MOUSE I HAVE EVER OWNED! Keyboard is pretty good too.
Summary: 5 Stars

In my opinion, you can never have too many buttons on your mouse. This mouse has 10 buttons (including the two side-to-side action buttons that are part of the middle button), each of which can be individually configured to do whatever you want. I'm loving it so far! There have been some complaints about the software in other reviews, but I haven't had any problems yet with the Mac version.

The keyboard works just fine for me. Nothing in particular that I love about it, but it's comfortable to use and fully meets my expectations.

I just got rid of the Microsoft ergonomic keyboard/mouse after using it for a couple of years. I liked the Microsoft ones okay, but this Logitech is MUCH better.

Customer Review: Great ergonomic combination
Summary: 5 Stars

I bought this to replace an earlier non-ergonomic Logitech wireless keyboard/mouse and this product has exceeded my expectations. I spend 80% of my day on the computer and was getting painful carpal tunnel symptoms in my hand and arm. I have small fingers and the split keyboard takes a little getting used to - I still type some letters incorrectly but it improves with use. You can program 4 presets on the keyboard and the feel of the keys is good but they aren't real quiet. I found the mouse works best with a good wrist support - the belkin gel pad and mouse together has resulted in no more hand cramps. Install was easy and everything has worked perfectly from the beginning.

Customer Review: the best available - still want better
Summary: 4 Stars

This has turned out to be the best available ergonomic keyboard. It feels good.

Problem: A couple keys don't work when pressed in succession with too much speed. I am a programmer so I sometimes use keys that wouldn't normally be pressed in succession such as VB. Try hitting VB too quickly and all I get is V (I just did it there). NM is another.

I tried the MS 6000 wave keyboard... that was a complete disaster.

I would still recommend this keyboard because it so far is the best I can find.

The mouse? throw it away. As I am sure other comments ask, why do manufacturers pair a good keyboard with a junky mouse and visa versa?

Customer Review: Works great and just as it should
Summary: 5 Stars

I read all the negative reviews before i bought the comfort keyboard and mouse and I havent had any of the issues that were described. I may not be touchy enough for a "loud clicking" spacebar to get under my skin, but it hasnt been an issue. I've had both the keyboard and mouse about 5-8 ft from the receiver and they worked fine. The mouse works like a mouse should; not great or aweful, but just works(what do you want from a mouse?). I've had it about 3 weeks and I really like the keyboard. My hands fall onto it in a very natural position and I dont have to reach for any keys. I would recommend to anyone who's not a two finger typer.
