Well for the price I got it it is good product but I dont know why they did not give enough support at the bottom where it actually holds the laptop, the grip is very short and that makes little thiker laptop to slip over the stand. Apart from that whole body is very slipery and has very little friction that also increases the high chance of laptop to slip over the stand.
Weight it is very good it is very light and over all experience is Good, It is good buy for smaller laptops.
NOT at all recomeneded for laptop top > 16" may be mac 13 14 and up to 15" laptop could be better one for this stand.

Initially, I felt that the laptop stand was a bit overpriced (I think I would have been happier paying between $10 and $15), I have come around due to the value that it has added at the office. With the laptop stand, I can use my laptop as a second monitor, propping very easily and conveniently at eye level with the main monitor. This has made my workday more efficient, certainly enough to justify the price tag. If you're going to be using your laptop every day and you've decided to purchase a laptop stand, I think you'd be hard-pressed to find one as functional, simple and reasonably priced as this one.Customer Review: Not for 17 inch notebooks

I purchased this with lots of good reviews about it. This is a good piece, serves the purpose, maintenance free and add beauty to the laptop by taking it to a newer and better level. However, the cons of this stand includes:
1) This stand is only for 14, 15 and max 16 inch screens. Though, a 17 inch screen laptop can fit too (I have 17 inch), but it is riskier as the edges of the laptop are very very outside than the edges of the stand
2) Take the advice, if you own a HP laptop, don't buy this, as you would not be able to use the remote control and the headphones socket.

Works exactly as you would expect, and is pleasant to look at. I bought my at an insane discount, so I may not be able to provide a very useful take where "value for money" is concerned. The product is made of a molded acrylic and has a grippy rubber lip in front to hold the laptop in place. It's very stable. There is room for improvement, however. It is not height adjustable at all, so it will either work for you or not. It's also not meant to be portable. Overall, it's great for what I need it for, but I would have never bought it if not for the deeply discounted price.Customer Review: OK item, but now I need a keyboard

Bought this based on glowing reviews and that someone mentioned it would accommodate my Dell 17" laptop, which is does just fine....what I didn't realize is that typing on the laptop keyboard at that angle is not so comfortable (wrists bent far backwards--BAD!).....guess I'll take a day or two, try it out, see how my wrists feel and if no good, return it for something else that does not elevate the laptop to such an extreme angle since I have no room on my desk for an external keyboard. Nice product overall, altho crazy price for a little piece of molded plastic.
