I'd rate this as a reliable and easy to use product. It's the second time I've bought it. I gave my first piece to my mom, since she wanted to be able to use it to chat with me on Skype.
It's cheap - approx. US$13. It looks pretty cool, and the flexible mic piece is well designed, so you can move it out of the way when you want to use just the headphones.
The only disadvantage is that the ear-piece starts to hurt your earlobes if you use it for 2+ hrs.
I'd recommend it if you're looking for a cheap and reliable internet chat set.

I will keep this review brief as there are many others. If you are looking for a headset for the purpose of on-line communication, I think you will be pleased with the value and functionality. The microphone is very good, and the headset is rather comfortable and light. However, if you plan on using this headset for gaming or listening to music, I would not recommend it. This headset is geared toward voice communication. I would recommend more expensive models/brands if you are looking for an all-in-one solution to communication, gaming, and music listening.Customer Review: At the 3-month mark~ @_@

Well, the price was just right and I got 3 due to the pricing~
Their fates are, after 3 months of continuous use:
1. Working just fine, clear sound, working microphone ^o^
2. Microphone is not picking up sound, unless you stuff it in your mouth basically @_@;
3. Microphone does not seem to work at all, and was a bit dodgy from the beginning
1 and 3 were taken very good care of, 2 might have been been or twisted a few too many times ^o^
Still, was worth the price for the usage I got from it ^__^

Headset works just fine. Microphone works well and headphones appear to produce all the sounds my soundcard can make. Only complaint is the inflexible headphone position. They don't fit exactly right on my ears and I can't adjust them. Also bought the more expensive version of this Logitech product titled "Extreme PC Gaming Headset" and discovered the only difference were some multi-colored plates that fit on the ear pieces. Big deal! I bought it to use with Skype and not for PC gaming. Now that Skype costs, I may not be using these very much.Customer Review: Great for "typical usage"

This headset is great for someone who just wants to talk via microphone to someone on a messenger service (AIM, MSN, ICQ, Skype, etc) -> as it's designed for just that. I must admit, being a wearer-of-glasses, this product can get a little annoying for the ears - especially if your head isn't ..well, *huge*. I have a pretty big head (24"+) and it's still too small for this headset altogether. It works just fine, perfect and fact.
And yeah, you should take the advice of someone below - MAKE SURE TO UNMUTE THE MICROPHONE. =}
