Digital Cameras Photo Reviews of Cisco-Linksys USB200M EtherFast USB 2.0 10/100 Network AdapterCustomer Review: Linksys USB200M EtherFast USB 2.0 10/100 Network Adapter for Mac OS X Users Summary: 4 Stars
I broke my ethernet port connection on my Mac mother board. So, this was a very cost effective solution to the problem. To get the component to work, one needs to install two different drivers. Other than that the pop-up port for the ethernet plug is a little flaky and I had to fix it a couple of times. Next time I would purchase an adapter with a fixed ethernet port.
Here's the link for the Mac drivers:

Customer Review: Works Well, But Didn't Trust Door Summary: 2 Stars
I agree that it worked well and immediately, but I felt like its door was going to break off from the first time I used it. I don't travel much any more so I won't be worrying about a laptop, but I would be surprised if that door would travel very well. Even connected to my desktop at home, I felt as if I was going to break off the door just brushing against the cable. I used it a couple of hours and then returned it.
Customer Review: Great little tool Summary: 5 Stars
I love this little thing. It's the size of a pin drive and has a cap with a clip to put on your shirt or wherever. I used it to connect my Series2 TiVO to my home network. I plugged it in to my TiVO and hub and that was that. Has worked perfectly ever since. It's only possible downfall is that the ethernet port has a little flimsy door that looks like it could break easily. I am just careful when I plug it in.
Customer Review: Blue screen of death Summary: 1 Stars
Yuck, only 24$ and I feel very ripped off. I have not seen the blue screen of death since Windows 95 but here I am with a brand new XP computer from Dell and I can't get this thing to work ! I downloaded the latest driver from the LinkSys web site and it was not compatible with my new purchase.
DO NOT BUY THIS THING FROM LINKSYS. LOOK ELSEWHERE !!!!!
My advice to Amazon - get rid of this item !
Customer Review: It DOES work with TIVO! Summary: 3 Stars
At least, as of 5/5/06 it does. I bought this along with the Belkin F5D52314 4-Port Cable/DSL Router. Installation of both items was a breeze.
As others have noted, the Linksys adapter (I received Version 2) is poorly designed, and its little cover breaks off if you so much as breathe on it. It feels like cheap junk. But at least it works, and was the most inexpensive adapter I could find.
