Good & cheap - two good characteristics for a product, IMHO. The one I just bought replaced a very similar unit that had finally failed after several years of continuous use. Getting my network back up was as simple as plugging in the cables.

i absolutely love this switches. they are great and reliable. i have never had a problem and preformance/price cannot be challenged. if you are wanting something bigger you might want to go with a different name but for this level linksys can't be beat.Customer Review: Much better!

I can see the difference after going to the Linksys switch over my previous 3com 100Mb hub. Transfer rates doudbled when network utilization is high overall. All systems run fine at 100Mb full duplex and that's with 3com and intel network cards.Customer Review: Never Had a Problem

...of course, I don't buy products based on their Technical Support department either. LinkSys products have never failed me, and I highly recommend them to anyone, and their technical specifications and abilities are second to none in my opinion.
