My shoulder would really feel the head of my 680B monopod as I toted my Sigma 120-300mm 2.8 until I put this on over the monopod grip. What a difference. A monopod pad was hard to find and priced ridiculously high as a Canon CPS item on EBay auctions. It's almost as if this pad was made for the 680B the velcro matches so perfectly with no excess overlap.
