i got my purchase in a timely fashion. the first one wasn't recognized but the second worked fine. when it runs out, i'll try the second one again...since i never rule out "operator error" being a factor in anything that doesn't appear to work!

I ordered a black printer cartridge for my Lexmark printer X5495...and was sent a color cartridge that the printer wont recognize, so there fore wont even work... a waste of money and of course cant reach the seller!!!Customer Review: what I expected

I got this printer, scanner, copier free with my laptop. It does a good job and I like that the ink is one cartridge for both color and black & white. I don't do much copying, so this cartridge is fine for me.
