We picked up a Canon T2i for christmas and set about taking pictures of the Kiddo. I wasnt fast enough on the draw and he managed to get a finger right in the middle of the lens. After some reading I was directed to this product so we picked one up. I was not expecting too much just looking at it but was amazed at how quickly and thoroughly it cleans lenses and other high performance glass. I keep it in my bag all the time and have used it to clean everything from Cameras to projectors to reading glasses.Customer Review: LOVE This, and I'm Buying Another!

This LensPen is great! It won't damage your lens like a lot of other fabrics might, and it fixes almost all smudges. I love that it's small and so portable, I take it with me everywhere. I use it on my lenses for my Canon XSi, along with the Zeikos filters I use to protect the lenses. I bet it'd work well on my eyeglasses, too!
It's better to get the generic branded "LensPen" one here, rather than a 'Nikon' LensPen elsewhere...because it's cheaper, even though it's almost an identical product.

This handy largish pen sized gadget does a great job for quick touch-ups using the retractable brush end and the fiber pad end works well for removing fingerprints and smudges.
We have used LensPENs for many years and keep one in each of our camera bags. We professionally produce instructional videos for my wife's small business and absolutely have to have our shop and field camera lenses perfectly clean.

This lens pen really works on smudges I have on my lenses. Just follow the instructions and use the brush first -- and don't rub the rubber part on your hand, it will leave some black residue.
Not sure about the other reviews on not receiving the genuine product from 3rd party sellers, but I got it shipped and sold by Amazon. I also notice a recent trend on some sellers who are selling products (lenses) at double the price you can get somewhere else that Amazon is not selling.

The photo shown is deceptive. The item received is a cheap copy that does not clean as well as my, now four year old, genuine LensPEN. Especially on multi-coated filters, it leaves a smear that is hard to clear. The seller is prompt and the product arrived well packaged. I'm a bit surprised that the LensPEN company doesn't come after these folks for copyright infringement. I wouldn't buy again. It's worth noting that the seller tried to get me to change my review for a $4 refund.
